Dr. Jennell attended South Carolina State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree. She then attended Tennessee State University where she received a Master’s Degree in Science, followed by the receipt of her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Meharry Medical College. Dr. Jennell then joined the US Army where she served as a General Dental Officer for 3 years, and still serves with the National Guard in the Smyrna Medical Command. Dr. Jennell has also completed her Pediatric Dental Residency through NYU Langone Medical Center in Nashville. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the American Dental Association.

Dr. Jennell is originally from Sumter, SC. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and looks forward to traveling all over the world with them in the very near future. Dr. Jennell also participates in competitive bodybuilding, and recently won Best Overall with Nspire Sports.
