Dr. Dawson attended the University of Georgia where she graduated with her Bachelors Degree in Science Education. She then pursued her doctorate degree at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. After dental school, Dr Dawson attended Seton Hill University where she received a Masters in Orthodontics. Dr. Dawson is a member of the American Association of Orthodontics, and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics.

Originally from Perry, Georgia, Dr. Dawson loves living in Tennessee. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, biking, and skiing.
