The CPDO Billing Center services all locations.
We are open Monday – Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, and Friday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm Central Time.
If you reach us after hours, you can leave a message, leaving your name and the patient’s name, your CPDO location, and phone number. One of our billing representatives will contact you back.
Payment Policy
Payment is expected at time services are rendered unless alternate payment arrangements have been made. Guarantor is responsible for all treatment not covered by insurance. Payment plans are available for orthodontic treatment. For more information or discuss payment options please contact our office.
