We strive to make payments easy for all of
our patients. We have multiple methods of
payment and will work with you to choose
your best option.
The CPDO Billing Center services all locations.
We are open Monday – Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, and Friday
8:00 am to 1:00 pm Central Time.
If you reach us after hours, you can leave a message, leaving your name
and the patient’s name, your CPDO location, and phone number. One of
our billing representatives will contact you back.
We now offer the ability for patients to pay a bill via texting! This feature is available for all CPDO locations. To request your statement, send a text message to 615-930-3717 with your name, the patient’s name, patient’s DOB, and your CPDO location.
Payment is expected at time services are rendered unless alternate payment arrangements have been made. Guarantor is responsible for all treatment not covered by insurance. Payment plans are available for orthodontic treatment. For more information or discuss payment options please contact our office.
To best serve you, we accept most major dental insurances, including DentaQuest and TennCare plans.
