Hands down the best place to take your children for their dental needs. My sweet little pumpkin normally panics when she sees any kind of medical office; however, she loves it here. The entire team is amazing! My daughter loves going to the dentist now.

Cumberland Pediatric has been one of the best awaited appointments I have ever done for my children.

Both of my children’s needs were taken care of .

Staff is extremely professional and prompt. They are more than expressive on empathy and our concerns.

My daughter had a prior experience and it was horrible to the point she feared going to the dentist. Thankfully this fear has gone away thanks to the staff members here.

The service at Cumberland Pediatric is great. They value your time, by not overbooking appointments. The technicians take the time to explain checkup results and answer any questions that I have. They are efficient and professional.

Best Place ever they are super kind an really funny they are really gentle with your teeth an they are really good with kids I recommend your child to go here.

I’ve been taking my kids here for several years. Staff is super friendly and my kids feel comfortable going to the back without me. My daughter had braces, and she loved everyone in Ortho. She was excited that she was able to change the color of her bands frequently. Over all Cumberland Pediatric is excellent place to take your kids.

I can truly say I made a great choice of visiting this facility for an ortho consult. I have been looking forward to getting braces for a while now and they did nothing but help in that journey. Their staff is lovely and very kind. They were very patient in taking the necessary pictures to reveal if braces were the best choice. They were informative about the procedure and didn't leave any question unanswered. Overall, I truly recommend coming to this office for any dental or ortho appointments.

I brought my nephew in for a cleaning a few weeks ago. I was a little skeptical with everything going on with Covid. But I was happy with the safety precautions that we're taken. He was a little nervous at first but it helped to see a friendly face in the office. The staff was nice and the doctor was kind and helpful to make sure everything was OK. It was very clean and sanitary as well, so I was able to be a little more at ease having my nephew get his cleaning done.

I visited this place last week with my son to start phase 2 of his orthodontist treatment and have nothing but good things to share . Covid 19 Protocol is really great , check in is over the phone so you have no contact with other patients . Reception staff is friendly . Orthodontist service was fast and Dr was very friendly and explained treatment carefully In details . Paola the assistant orthodontist was really great and sweet . She made sure we felt taken care of . Highly recommend this dentist office .

S/o the ortho team, made my braces removal easy and painless. Also heather for my cleaning and sara for being able to squeeze me in so i didnt have to come back the next day!

The staff was very friendly from the confirmation of appointment and explanation of safety procedures. My niece was in and out and no cavities per the assistant that walked her out. Great experience every time!

I recently moved to LaVergne and found this dentist office nearby and couldn’t be happier with our experience. My 2 children have disability and we were provided with a private room. Nothing big, but helpful. The staff is friendly and were very patient with my kids.
The walked out happy with a ball each on they’re hands and a goodie bag that includes a tooth brush, toothpaste and floss!

They are always nice and helpful. I’m always getting great customer service. Wait time is excellent for the service they provide. My boys love it there.

If you are looking for a dentist office this is it !!! I love this place . I take my 4 year old here and I never wait long and everything is always smooth for both me and my child . The staff is always wonderful and helpful and they have a great waiting room too ! They have Tablets for the kids to play on and lots of places to sit that is comfortable. Lol . This is a wonderful dentist office. Clean, geared specifically to children. Gentleman handling the insurance took care of the entire process. Everyone is so friendly.

My kids have been going here for a few years now and I will not ever change, The insurance gentleman takes care of everything even denials, I never have to stress billing which is amazing for a mom like me, The ladies at the front are always smiling and get me checked right in, Vanessa shows a true caring passion towards all patient's and sweet as ever! my son was having some pain on side and I called and was in the office within a couple hours.I never have to wait for anything. This place is amazing, your crazy if you take your kid's anywhere else, I wish they took adults too🤣🤣🤣 I am always referring them to any and everyone!

This is by far the best Pediatric dentist in the Smyrna! Our kids absolutely love going to the dentist! We always have a ton of fun. They have iPads and games for the kids to play in the waiting area and tons of TVs and funny hats and masks in the back for the kids to entertain themselves. My son has EXTREME anxieties about the dentist. Like full blown panic attacks just pulling in the parking lot. Our last visit started out the same but by time we left the sweet lady working with my kiddo did such an awesome job calming his nerves he now wants to be a pediatric dentist so he can help other kids with anxiety like him. This office is truly a great place! I have 2 children with special needs. Drs and dentist appointments can be extremely overwhelming. I'm very lucky to have found this location. The staff are friendly and very helpful during our appointments. Everyone is genuinely nice, patient and accommodating to my children and I'm definitely thankful. It's also a kid friendly place with tons of activities, tablets and play areas that make it fun for the kids for their dental experience. I definitely recommend.

Since moving to La Vergne we have been bringing our son Jayce here and they are amazing. They are very helpful and understanding when explaining things to you. They are also amazing when working with our son to make sure he is comfortable while they do what they need to. The office is very nice and modern. Plenty to help keep kids entertained while you wait for your appointment.

We’re new to the area, and can’t express how happy we are with Cumberland Pediatric in Smyrna! The staff is so helpful and friendly and has been VERY helpful when we have questions about procedures before/during and after! They even call and follow up with us the same day to make sure she’s feeling okay! 110% service and hospitality!

My first time here with my wife, our boys had a second appointment to get some cavities taken care of. The office staff and dental hygienists, I seen myself in person were very helpful and sweet to our boys. The doctors were very informative and Thorough. We are very please of the procedures done today. I would recommend this practice.

My kids love coming here!! The staff is so friendly and well informed! The building is always clean, never overcrowded, and welcoming. There's plenty of parking and the inside waiting area is spacious and very kid friendly for longer wait times. I love that I can schedule all three boys at the same time. The get to be seen simultaneously, which makes it great for us to get in and get out within the hour. I'll always recommend families in the Rutherford County are to come here!! Its the best!!

1st dentist appointment for my boys! There was a lot of work to be done! As soon as I walked in, the front desk girls were very friendly and helpful! My 6 year old is wanting to come back already! Haha the DA (dentist assistants) and Doctor Shah and his staff was very kind. Every question I had in mind they were very honest, knowledgeable, and informative. Thank you for a great 1st visit. Great office staff!! Kristen went above and beyond to help me today! All of the hygienists are super friendly and personable. Dr.Jack has always been a favorite but today we saw Dr. Rucker and she did not disappoint. She is super friendly and patient. We would not hesitate to see her again, as well. The office is nice and clean. Over all we would highly recommend this office. So far, this has been, hands down, the best children's dentist experience that we have ever had.

This place is amazing, the staff makes children feel comfortable and welcomed. The office is full of fun colors and technology, the kids watch a fun movie while their teeth are being cleaned. This is the best place in Smyrna for sure.
