Joshua Jernigan, DMD

Dr. Joshua Jernigan is originally from Canton, Georgia and now lives in Nashville. He graduated summa cum laude from Shorter University in Rome, Georgia with his undergraduate degree. He went on to earn a DMD from Dental College of Georgia, where he also earned his orthodontic certificate. Dr. Jernigan is a member of the American Association of Orthodontics, the American Dental Association, the Tennessee Dental Association, and the Southern Society of Orthodontics.

When not bringing smiles to patients, Dr. Jernigan tries to get the most out of life! Dr. Jernigan loves serving in the church, backpacking, and playing board games. He also is an avid Star Wars fan with a collection of art and limited edition pieces. He loves people and animals. He has also competed in two hot dog eating competitions, with plans to enter his third soon!

Whether he’s creating beautiful smiles or making the most of his downtime, Dr. Jernigan’s enthusiasm and zest for life shine through!
