The atmosphere when you walking in family friendly. They have a bilingual staff to make communication no big deal. They work fast and efficiently. I love that they have tvs above every chair to let the kids watch a movie. The staff is very understanding with any issue a child has during the visit. They are also very patient with every child. I would recommend them 10 /10.

The whole office has always been great with my daughter. They do they're best to make her comfortable and always answer all my questions

This was my third visit with my daughters to Cumberland Pediatrics. The staff are extremely friendly, informative, and professional. From the desk clerks to the dental assistants to the dentist herself, which is Mrs. Lambert. They are amazing, I would recommend any parent in Putnam County and the surrounding County's to visit this office. Thank you for taking care of my girl's like they were your own!!!

This place is awesome from the moment you walk through the door the Secretary greets you with smiles all the dentist's are friendly and the office itself is modern and just amazing! They can accommodate my 4 kids in 1 day and doesn't take 4 hours like most would.

The staff here are Absolutely fantastic! So helpful and fun! They are also very quick! Today my daughter went in at 9 for a cleaning... they did xrays, a cleaning, a checkup and she ended up having to have 2 teeth pulled, we were still out of there before 10!! My girls love going to the dentist and Orthodontist now! So do I!

He and my niece both love the tablets in the waiting room and the movies playing above the exam beds. He still gets very anxious about anything other than a cleaning but everyone there has always been super supportive and helped put his mind at ease.

Followed this company across the state. Their staff are always gracious, thorough and, make going to the dentist a treat rather than a scary thing for our children.

Updated: returned today for my youngest to get a filling. The administrative personnel, nurses and staff made the experience enjoyable and were super quick. I just love this dentist

I got there early expecting fill out a lot of paper work but it was actually very simple. I was even seen before my actual appointment time and they did an excellent job caring for my son even though he was scared being this was his first dentist appointment ever. They were great in answering all of the questions that I had and explaining everything in detail.

We always have a wonderful experience here. They are always nice and respectful to me and my children. My children love coming here. Tina was on time and very nice to Adrian. The Dr was also very nice & welcoming as well.

There is a tiny lady named Tina Myers that works here. She is very compassionate and loving about her job and loves working with the kids. She is a great person and an awesome friend. I would recommend anyone taking their children to this Dentist. You will be well taken care of.

We changed to this dental office when they first opened after having a terrible experience with my son at another office in town. From the moment that we walked in they were so friendly and helpful to me and my son. He has a lot of dental issues and they have never once made us feel bad or guilty for his teeth. I would recommend them to anyone needing any dental work for their children!

Tony was complaining that his teeth hurt. They were able to get him in quickly. He loves going to see the dentist. They are so good to him. Thank you for caring so much for your patients.

My kids love this dental office! They are great with kids. They do quality work and are always able to get all three of my kids an appointment at the same time. Orthodontics is great as well!

They did really well with my 3 yr old daughter they explained everything well to us and even explained to her everything they was gonna do and what to expect with the gas they gave her and she did awesome she didn't fight it at all. And once she was asleep one nurse even promised me that she would take excellent care of her as if she was her own child. They was all really friendly and understanding!

They got us right in today, dentist was prompt at coming to check my daughter, and they got the cleaning done in no time. Friendly staff too, my daughter always feels comfortable with them. Been going here almost 5 years, glad we found such a good place.

The staff at Cumberland Pediatric Dentistry are the absolute best in their field. Their kindness and compassion and quality of service far surpasses any competition. My daughter enjoys going to the dentist and orthodontist, and tells her friends about how nice the staff is and how they always make her feel safe and comfortable. I am a nurse and I look for things like professionalism, cleanliness, ease of scheduling appointments in my hectic schedule and I am so pleased with all of the above. I have recommended Cumberland Pediatric Dentistry to my friends and colleagues and will continue to do so.

We took our daughter here for her first dental visit. She was very nervous at first but the staff was AMAZING. They went the extra mile to make her feel comfortable and create a fun environment. Dr. Lambert was great and very thorough as well. We are new to the area and were unsure of which dentist to choose but after today I would refuse to take her anywhere else. Definitely recommended!

This place is great! My 5 year old son was very comfortable during his visit. He normally doesn't like going to the dentist.

Great experience. Our boys 5 and 12 they both actually liked going. The movie and cool sunglasses kept them relaxed while the work was done. The coins for the coin machines was an added bonus. Staff was great.

Love the way they are straight up with my babies about having to keep their teeth brushed and flossed, rinsed out with mouth wash. They are wonderful and I would recommend every parent to take their children there. My kids use to hate going but now they love it then look forward to going they even ask me mom is it time to go to the dentist yet. Lol

My overall experience of this place is great, the staff are very friendly and helpful. My children come here and they love it, they have always received wonderful care from here. I definitely give them a five star rating.

The staff here is great, especially Cassie, she's awesome with my kids. I take both of my boys here, 14 and 5, Cassie always makes them feel comfortable and not scared. They love it here. The staff is always friendly and welcomes us with a smile. Good job!!!!

Best dentist in town. My kids have been going here since 2014 and they have always given great service. They explain procedures if they need to be done, make it comfortable for the kids, play movies while they are having their mouths looked at to keep kids less stressed. They send text message reminders and they accept my kids insurance which is a major plus. I wish there was an adult dentist that was as wonderful as CPDO!😁🤗

Absolutely love all the staff here, we’ve always been greeted as if we are family. They treat the girls with the highest of regards. They always let them as well as me know ways to improve teeth care and if needed a dental plan we follow to get to our healthiest and prettiest teeth.
Let’s not forget the office staff , they are amazing as well , always greeting us with a smile and go above and beyond.

This was our very first experience with CPDO and from the moment we walked into the office we were greeted with friendly and knowledgeable front office staff. The hygienist was extremely sweet and patient. My 8 year old daughter was a little nervous but once meeting the staff she began to immediately relax. The building was really clean and the decor was very “kid friendly” which helps ease their fears. I would highly recommend this facility!

Great office. Seems fun and nice place for the kids. I had braces when i was younger and in another state. I lost my retainer and the office where I had originally received my braces and retainer was very rude and not helpful now that I wasn't a patient anymore. CPDO staff are some of the nicest people in town! So professional and helpful. Went out if their way to make me feel comfortable and helped me get new retainers!

My son (now 9years old) loves coming here. Going to the dentist is something he looks fwd to. They cater to children with treating each one with genuine care and concern. There’s also movies during treatment and rewards after appointment. Wish I could watch a movie at my dentist with cool glasses too... 😉

Both my kids see the dentist and orthodontist here and THEY LOVE IT! My children have received multiple services from cleanings, fillings, sedation, and orthodontic treatment and the assistants are always so caring and show concern. They explain the procedures of what they are going to do very thoroughly. Dr. Dawson and Dr. Bryan are great and would recommend them to family and friends! FIVE STARS!!!

This office was perfect for my son! He used to be intimidated by the dentist but his new hygienist, Leisha made him feel so much more comfortable. She was awesome, professional and kept him smiling. He can't wait to go back next time! Will definitely be recommending!

We love this dentist and orthodontist. My 2 kids go, and my baby will start going soon! Not only do they help take care of the kids teeth and do a wonderful job at it, but they are so friendly and makes sure the kids are comfortable. The staff is amazing! My kids have only had to have fillings once and it was a quick and painless experience. My son sees the orthodontist, and she's amazing, his treatment has been as pleasant as can be considering it's braces. Its a bit of a drive for us, but totally worth it, kids need to enjoy going to the dentist, and they do their best to make it happen.
