Pediatric Dentist and Orthodontist Columbia TN

LOVE THIS PLACE AND THEIR STAFF! This has been the best experience for my daughter. She was so embarrassed of her smile before we came here and is now so much more confident. Aside from the help from braces, Janis (one of their staff) has been instrumental in making sure my girl has been comfortable every step of the way. We absolutely LOVE her and we will only ever use CPDO for any and all dental/ortho work!

Absolutely love this place for my kids ❤️ and Tayler always seems to amaze me by taking the extra step to make sure my boys have every appointment they need. Will get me an answer for any question I have. Goes out of her way to remind me of appointment or payments she is one of a kind.

Everyone there is Amazing!! My daughter (4yrs) has a fear of the dentist and they know just how to work with her. They help her understand what they're doing and why. Some visits are better than others(been there 6x) but they are always so kind and understanding to her. The place is very clean and welcoming.

We love Cumberland Pediatrics! We have been there for many years now and always get the best care. We have had procedures and the doctors and staff have been great through the whole process. We go for our regular cleaning and I could not ask for better staff for my kids to be around. We love the kid friendly environment and the staff!

I’ve been taking my daughter here for almost 2 years. I love it and she does too! It is a fun kid friendly atomosphere, that creates a calm fun environment, especially if kids have anxiety surrounding the dentist. The staff is extremely friendly and really know how to interact with kids. Her teeth are beautiful and have been well taken care of! I really trust the Dentist here! I look forward to bringing my other daughter when she gets her teeth. I will continue bringing both my kids here until they are grown!

This was my sons first time at this dentist and we will definitely return EVERYONE was so nice & WELCOMING. We had the pleasure of having Vannan she was explaining what she was going to do to my son and he got very comfortable and relaxed a lot our dentist assistant was so sweet, and she knows how to interact with children very well as I was sitting there observing everyone is great with the kids (patients). My son is three and he’s a sweetheart so to have someone as sweet as him was a pleasure. Dr. Felix is so very nice and he’s very respectable and great with kids he was talking with my son while he was looking at his teeth, I highly recommend any and everyone to come here you will not regret it.

They are good with kids but very rude there was a patient with adhd and autism and when they had left you could here them saying I’m suprised I got him to be quiet that long to do his teeth and then you hear the Dental hygienist saying does he take medicine for his adhd and the co worker said yes the dents hygienist processeds to say it Dosnt look like it

They are the absolute best! My kids look forward to going to the dentist because they are gentle with them and make light of the appointment. They are very patient and love holding conversations with the kiddos! Would definitely recommend especially if you have younger children that get nervous at the thought of a dentist appointment!

I absolutely love this dentist the whole staff is amazing we once had an emergency over the weekend when the office was closed and we were still able to get in touch with a dentist after hours my daughter recently had to get braces and the whole process was very smooth I give them 5 ⭐️

Hands down one of the best in Columbia,TN!! We struggled with financial issues(having to pay out of pocket for lots of needed dental work for both girls) when my step-daughters insurance from the state they were living in didn't cross over. Even though we managed to get together enough to get partial work done on 1 of the twins, Cumberland Pediatric were willing to set-up a payment plan (all must be paid before services rendered) and we considered going that route. Thankfully, their insurance kicked in here in TN and Cumberland Pediatric Dentistry got both of our girls scheduled within a 2 week time frame! One of the twins just had some extensive procedures done today and she is doing well and the other twin goes in on Monday and i'm sure all will be well! I completely trust this group of professionals and will continue to bring my children here! Keep doing what your doing!!

Had all 4 of my children seen today. Great visit! They were able to accommodate this busy mom's schedule. My kids love the staff, who always go above and beyond to make sure they are comfortable, to include my nonverbal teenager with special needs. HUGE shoutout to Ms. Carly and Ms. Jessica, there. Ms. Courtney at the front did such a great job communicating with me with what I needed to do before the appointment to be seen on time. Overall, very pleased!!

They are awesome with kids! Very child friendly office, staff are so helpful! Best dentist office around as far as we're concerned! High marks earned! The staff works so well calming the child and also very good at explaining exactly what's needed and what all's involved with your procedure. Def. Recommend this place, A-1!!

This is such an amazing pediatric dentistry! Everyone that work there are so kind and great with kids!! My daughter is on the shy side and felt comfortable going in the back alone with them! The service is great and quick! I highly recommend!! Dr.Carol and Dr.Nixon are so understanding and patient with all patients!! I wish they took adults lol!!

Dr. Nixon & staff are amazing. They are patient and understanding with our special needs son. We can always get an appointment that is convenient for us. Top notch care. The waiting room has tablets & video games for the kiddos. Very clean & well maintained. Best dentist in middle TN.

The staff is great, Heidi was our DA she came out and updated me on everything that was going on she seemed to genuinely care that I was concerned about my child. The waiting room is super kid friendly with several different ways to entertain your child while they wait. The dentist was finished alot quicker than I had expected. I would definitely reccomend this place to anyone for their child's dental needs.

Having a special needs child is hard. Getting them to the dentist is even harder. Cumberland Pediatric Denistry was really patient and understanding. Won't take her anywhere else.

We've taken two of our children here! Pretty cool place, very well setup for children - in fact I've never seen a waiting room geared so well to keeping the kids occupied and happy.

The staff is great with kids and I was very impressed with their ability to pickup on family dynamics and keep everyone involved comfortable and feeling at home.

Last but not least, excellent dentistry service as well, we couldn't be happier 🙂

My daughter has had a few procedures done and has had nothing but great experiences. I'm equally impressed each visit, from their friendliness to their excellent dental work. They couldn't be better at handling and caring for children. They earn every bit of 5 stars, every time!

Amazing office staff, amazing back office staff, actually everyone there was super friendly and they treated my son with the dignity and respect he deserved. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

This is by far the nicest practice in Middle TN! Our 4 year old granddaughter was so at ease and excited during her first visit. She loved the brightly colored decor. The staff from reception to Dr. Carol were all friendly, courteous and helpful. Would definitely recommend to everyone with children for their dental care needs. .

Absolutely love Cumberland Pediactric dentist. Everyone was really nice. They got my son back super fast. They cleaned his teeth and came and got me to tell me what he needed done at a later time. Amazing !!! The staff is very friendly very easy to work with they are great with kids . I have 4 children different age ranges and they have been wonderful with all of them the office is very nice has a lot of great toys wonderful stuff to play with. Dr. Carol is the best pediatric dentist that I’ve ever met she is so down to earth, sweet, and wonderful with kids this is the absolute best pediatric dentist in Maury County !

They were great! My kid is a hyperactive ball of energy but the hygienist was so patient and good with him. Got the cleaning & exam done quickly and explained our future appointment for a filling in great detail so I understand and fully know what to expect. My 7 year old was extra excited to walk in and see video games in the waiting area, ha! Overall great experience & we are so happy that trips to the dentist are no longer dreaded. 10/10 recommend.

My children have had their teeth cleaned here and also had some restorative work done. Hannah and the other front desk staff are welcoming and helpful when we need to fill out paperwork. When my son had to have restorative work done, the assistants and dentist carefully explained to me what they were going to do. Heidi was the assistant that came to get us and she let me go back with my son for the first part of the visit. Then during treatment I was in the waiting room, and she came out to give me updates, which I really appreciated! She knew my son was anxious, and she did a great job with him. The hygienists and dentists we've seen have always been patient with my children and taken great care of them.

Communication is on point, I'm so thankful for the waiting area keeping my kids busy, the staff is very friendly and patient with myself and my kids. The Dentists there are great at explaining what's to come and what's going on. Thankful they came to the Maury Co. area, they've been the best thus far!

Today was our 18 mo old grandson’s first visit to the dentist. There were plenty of activities in the waiting room to keep him busy, the staff was friendly and they did a great job making him comfortable while they examined his teeth. Very happy with our visit.
